Developing our Draft Plan
In Stage 2 we delivered a series of customer and stakeholder engagement activities in metropolitan Adelaide and regional South Australia to inform development of our Draft Plan.
As part of Stage 2, we:-
Met regularly with our South Australian Stakeholder Reference Group and Retailer Reference Group
Held a series of deliberative customer workshops across metropolitan and regional South Australia to inform our Draft Plan. Key customer segments we consulted with included residential, business, metropolitan, regional and multicultural communities.
Met one on one with key stakeholders
An industrial users survey
A series of co-design workshops with industry experts to explore the more complex topic of how we might support vulnerable customers, now and in the future
