Developing our Draft Plan

In Stage 2 we delivered a series of customer and stakeholder engagement activities in metropolitan Adelaide and regional South Australia to inform development of our Draft Plan.

As part of Stage 2, we:-

  • Met regularly with our South Australian Stakeholder Reference Group and Retailer Reference Group
  • Held a series of deliberative customer workshops across metropolitan and regional South Australia to inform our Draft Plan. Key customer segments we consulted with included residential, business, metropolitan, regional and multicultural communities.
  • Met one on one with key stakeholders
  • An industrial users survey
  • A series of co-design workshops with industry experts to explore the more complex topic of how we might support vulnerable customers, now and in the future
