June 2026 Community Update

We're pleased to confirm that remediation of Stage 1 is scheduled to begin on 5 July 2026

These works will focus on removing impacted soil, replacing it with clean validated fill, and restoring the surface to ensure the land is safe for residential use. The on‑site remediation period is expected to take approximately three to four weeks.
