Western Australia - Developing our future plans for the Dampier Bunbury Natural Gas Pipeline (1 January 2026 to 31 December 2030)

Our services play a critical role in the Western Australian economy. Through the Dampier Bunbury Natural Gas Pipeline (DBNGP) we transport gas directly to mining, industrial, commercial and power generation customers. We also transport gas to distribution networks in Perth and other towns to provide energy to homes and businesses.

We understand that the safety, reliability and security of the pipeline are important for our customers, and to support economic prosperity in Western Australia.

Our plan for the Access Arrangement for the period 2026 - 2030 is due to the Economic Regulation Authority on 1 January 2025, and will set out how we plan to invest in the DBNGP that delivers for current and future customers.

We have adopted a four stage engagement approach.

Stage 1: Research (current)

• Engage directly with Shippers
• Establish a Shipper Roundtable
• Meetings with key stakeholders
• Develop our Stakeholder Engagement Plan
• Publish Draft Reference Service Proposal

Stage 2: Developing our Draft Plan (upcoming)

• Key stakeholder input into developing our proposals through Shipper Roundtable meetings
• Meetings with key stakeholders
• Submit final Reference Service Proposal to the ERA

Stage 3: Consultation on our Draft Plan (upcoming)

• Publish our Draft Plan and consult stakeholders on our proposal
• Shipper roundtable meetings
• Meetings with key stakeholders

Stage 4: Refinement and Ongoing Engagement (upcoming)

• Consult on our Draft Plan
• Shipper roundtable meetings
• Meetings with key stakeholders
• Submission of our Final Plan to the ERA
