  • The Energy Charter is a coalition of like-minded energy organisations with a shared purpose and passion for customers and communities. The Charter has 5 key principles that the signatories agree to.

Principle 1: We will put customers at the centre of our business and the energy system

Principle 2: We will improve energy affordability for customers

Principle 3: We will provide energy safely, sustainably, and reliably

Principle 4: We will improve the customer experience

Principle 5: We will support customers facing vulnerable circumstances

As a full signatory to the Energy Charter, AGIG regularly assesses our performance against its principles. Annually, we prepare a disclosure report with a self-assessment of our maturity in each of the principles, as well as documenting our improvement plans for the upcoming year.

We want to make sure that our self-assessments accurately reflect the sentiments of our customers so we would greatly appreciate your feedback.
