Stage 1 - Strategy and Research
In Stage 1, we will focus on better understanding our stakeholder and customer needs and expectations when it comes to our services. We will introduce our Draft Customer and Stakeholder Engagement Plan and seek feedback on a number of questions we will ask. Please see the Survey below.
In this stage we will refresh and re-establish our South Australian Reference Group and Retailer Reference Group to ensure a broad range of business, residential and community stakeholders are represented. The SA Reference Group will comprise representatives of:
- Multicultural Communities Council of SA (MCCSA)
- SA Financial Counsellors Association (SAFCA)
- SA Council of Social Services (SACOSS)
- Federation of Residents and Ratepayers Assoc (Inc)
- South Australian Business Chamber
- Property Council of Australia (SA) - to be confirmed
- Australian Industry Group (AI Group)
- Australian Energy Council (AEC)
- Energy Consumers Australia (ECA)
- Energy Users Association of Australia (EUAA)
- Urban Development Industry Association (SA) (UDIA SA)
- Master Plumbers Association
- Local Government Association - to be confirmed
- Council of the Aging (COTA SA) - to be confirmed
- Youth Affairs Council of SA - to be confirmed
- Landlords Association of SA - to be confirmed
- Energy & Water Ombudsman SA (EWOSA)
- Essential Services Commission of SA (ESCOSA)
The role of the SA Reference Group and Retailer Reference Group will be to:
- Provide input and feedback to inform the development of our plans
- Inform and shape our engagement activities to ensure we deliver best practice, fit for purpose engagement
- Advocate in the interests of constituents to ensure our plans deliver value for all customers
