AGN and MGN Victoria Regulatory Proposal 2028-2033

We are Australian Gas Networks (AGN) and Multinet Gas Networks (MGN), part of the Australian Gas Infrastructure Group. We deliver natural gas to over 2.2 million customers across Australia; over 1.4 million of them in Victoria.

We are committed to preparing plans that reflect what our customers tell us is most important to them, when considering the services we offer, the way we structure our tariffs, our proposed investment in our assets and the overall operation of our businesses.

Here you will find the different ways in which we are engaging with our customers, stakeholders, retailers and key industry partners to ensure that our proposals:

are underpinned by effective customer and stakeholder engagement,

deliver for current and future customers, and

are capable of acceptance by our customers and stakeholders.
