We are a critical part of the energy supply chain here in South Australia by delivering natural gas to more than 480,000 homes and businesses through the Australian Gas Networks distribution network. Through an extensive engagement process with stakeholders and our customers, we have been developing our plans for the 2026/27 – 2030/31 Access Arrangement (AA) period, setting out how we plan to invest in our South Australian networks to deliver for our current and future customers.

We have now submitted our Final Plan to the Australian Energy Regulator.

Some key highlights from our Final Plan are:

  • Prices will fall by 1.0% (after inflation) from July 2026, in line with consistent feedback from customers advising us that pricing and affordability is their number one priority,
  • We remain committed to maintaining a high level of safety and reliability,
  • We will maintain our strong track record of excellent customer service, and
  • We will continue to invest in a sustainable energy future.

On this page, you will find links to information that we have prepared throughout our engagement process to develop our Final Plan, including:

  • Customer workshop materials,
  • SA Reference Group meeting materials and summaries, and
  • Independent reports on our customer engagement by KPMG.

In order to increase the breadth and depth of engagement during this process, we also partnered with Orbviz. Orbviz presents the information in our documents in an interactive way, allowing our stakeholders and customers to choose which topics they wanted to spend more time understanding, as well as how deeply they wanted to understand them. We will be providing the information from our Final Plan in Orbviz. To stay up-to-date on when this information is available, please ensure you register for updates on this project.
